As a manufacturer of wastewater treatment, water treatment, biogas and test systems of all sizes, we are very familiar with the manufacture of control systems, including development, planning, construction and programming. We pay special attention here to the correct calibration of the measuring probes and the associated adaptation to the present medium.

Switching systems

We offer automated switching systems with the inclusion of sensors for liquid and gaseous substances. Exemplary measurement parameters for liquid substrates are: COD, BOD5, nitrate, nitrite, ammonium, redox potential, SAC, oxygen, pH value and conductivity.

Automation of complex control tasks

With flexible in-house production, we can meet the most diverse requirements of our customers. In addition to delivering the control systems on time and in good quality, we also meet all common standards in the field of automation technology. With the manufacture of the control cabinets at our production site, the construction work at the customer’s site is shortened. Short communication paths between our programmers and production lead to an individual and perfectly coordinated system control. Our control and automation systems are built according to DIN EN 81346 and programmed according to the IEC 61131-3 standard. Standard-compliant documentation makes work easier and significantly accelerates the repair work on machines, systems and buildings.

Our customer-specific control systems are based on industrial automation technology and can be linked to data acquisition via Ethernet. As hardware components, we rely on products from well-known manufacturers, which enable quick and effective integration and impress with their durability. Our systems can be displayed and controlled via a visualization on your end devices such as PC, tablet or smartphone. It is also possible to integrate the controller into other systems via an OPC server and Ethernet interface. Different processes and systems from different manufacturers can work together. Furthermore, other network computers or industrial computers can also be connected via serial interfaces or Ethernet interfaces in order to control the system from there.

Individual measurement technology

Since a control is only as good as its sensors and we always want to offer the highest standard, we also work with well-known manufacturers in the area of measurement technology. Our measuring technology can be built into our systems or retrofitted in third-party systems. The measurement results can be displayed digitally in real time. This enables us to optimally regulate the process in our systems. Our software solutions enable data transmission via the Internet. The measurement data are presented in tables and graphs. The visualization of the alarm status of each measuring point as well as the monitoring of maintenance processes and remote parameterization increase operational safety.

The access rights can be individually designed and documented. The operator’s effort is reduced to a minimum.
